All e-book versions of the books and short stories available for purchase on this site are professionally-formatted high-quality EPUB 3 files—the widely used standard for digital books.
Note: Since some tablet devices (e.g., Kindle) have difficulty displaying image-heavy, fixed-format EPUB 3 files used for comic strip anthologies and graphic novels, those purchased downloads come zipped with an alternate PDF file to ensure that each customer receives the intended reading experience.

The reflowable EPUB3 downloads for the novels and short stories should transfer seamlessly to the Kindle book format.
The fixed-layout EPUB 3 files used for the comics and graphic novels may experience some issues on your Kindle device, which is why I include the PDF version to ensure you view each page design as intended.

Add the digital product (e-book or art file) to the cart and complete the checkout process. After the purchase, the customer will be directed to an order confirmation page where the file can be downloaded.

After purchase, an email with a download link is sent. This email is sent automatically after the order is confirmed. The file can also be downloaded from the order confirmation page that appears immediately after checkout.

Yes, the download link in the email expires 24 hours after purchase.

Clicking an expired link will automatically send a new download link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Yes, if the email is lost or the product isn't downloaded within 24 hours, clicking the expired link will automatically send a new one to the original email address.

Yes, the seller can manually resend the download link via their Squarespace Orders panel.

If download issues occur, use the most up-to-date browser version and clear the browser's cache and cookies. Try downloading from a different browser or network connection. If the problem continues, contact the seller for assistance, who can resend the download link.

No, each digital product listing can only have one file. However, .zip files can combine multiple files.

Customers cannot directly access past digital download orders from their account panel. To download previously purchased digital products, use the download link in the original email or click on the expired link to request a new one.

Discounted Physical Book FAQs

My distributor, Ingram Spark, has a new Share & Sell feature that allows authors to sell direct to readers at a discounted price by cutting out the middleman’s mark-up.
All physical book links lead to corresponding Share & Sell pages where you can securely complete the purchase of 1 to 100 copies per order and have them delivered right to your door. Shipping and handling, plus applicable sales tax, are calculated at the time of sale.

My books are set for Global Distribution through Ingram Spark,* the largest book distributor on the planet. This means that if your local bookseller does not have it on their shelf, they can order it for pick-up right in the store, saving shipping/handling costs. Or you can order online just about everywhere books are sold.

*Paperback copies of Wormhole Particle Incident and future graphic novels are currently distributed through Amazon. I am vetting potential print partners that specialize in full-color comics. This may lead to a future Kickstarter campaign. Stay tuned.

By industry standard practice, I accept returns on all books distributed through IngramSpark. However, the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling (S/H) for the return of the book, and this amount is non-refundable.

If the book purchaser is located in the U.S., a sales tax will be added to the final total for the transaction. Any sales taxes and/or other fees associated with global distribution to a specific country also apply.

Prints are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra-thick triangle boxes or tubes. Boxes will be used for posters smaller than 24 inches, and tubes will be used for all sizes 24 inches and above. Up to 4 pieces per tube for smaller posters and up to 3 pieces per tube for large-size posters. These are general guidelines and your actual packaging may vary.

Each product purchase—from stickers to t-shirts and everything in between—is professionally packaged and delivered within reasonable time frames, from order inception through order fulfillment to arrival at your door, typically using UPS Ground or an equivalent service for deliveries.

Buyers in the US are responsible for any and all applicable sales taxes.
Buyers outside the US are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply within their country of origin. The seller bears no responsibility for delays due to customs or other unforeseen occurrences that may arise.
